Good Morning Owners. As many of you know the inlet bulkhead project has begun. Today they will start driving the pile post into the ground using a vibratory hammer which is attached to a very large excavator. You may feel vibration in your unit while this is going on but please do not be alarmed. The association hired a seismic monitoring firm to monitor the vibration to ensure the vibrations are within an acceptable range. This project will continue over the next 5 weeks until its completed.
