This change to the Rules and Regulations was approved by the board All construction and demolition activity, excluding emergency work (which would require board and management approval) shall not be performed Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Any in progress work must be completed no later than Memorial Day. Any and all construction requires notification of the board and management.
